Inmaculada
Martínez-Zarzoso is Director of the Institute of International Economics
(IEI-UJI) and President of INFER. She is Professor of Economics at the
University of Göttingen (Germany) and Universitat Jaume I (Spain), and holds
a PhD in Economics from the University of Birmingham (UK).
Her research focuses on international trade, sustainable development, and
economic integration, with numerous publications in leading field journals.
She has extensive teaching experience at undergraduate and graduate levels
at the Universities of Birmingham, Göttingen, and Jaume I, and is actively
involved in building and managing international research networks. She has
chaired the Social Sciences, Economics and Law cluster of the Enlight
Consortium and has served on the steering committees of the Center for
Global Migration Studies and the CliMigHealth Network.
